HOW IT WORKS – CREATE Asset Management

CREATE Asset Management

Step 01

Upload Your Files – 3D Part Model/s  and .csv files data.(System Classification, Forms, Attributes List, Documents )

Drag-and-drop your files or add a Custom URL with public permissions.

Or, give us access to your Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)– Asset Management tool or Build.

Step 02

Give a name to your Project so we can better track and name corresponding to the name given by you.

Choose from the list the best field that better describes your project type or write the type/category of your project.

Step 03

Select from the List the Platform used for Asset Management. Currently we are using ACC and Autodesk Build

Select from the list the system classification you are using  or type if it is customised.

Select  Yes if  you want to have mapped the 3D Elements in the Asset Management Environment.

Step 04

Select from the list or type the number of needed  Mapped Assets in the Project. 

Select  Yes if  you want to have mapped the 3D Elements in the Asset Management Environment on 2D Drawings.

Select from the list Yes if you want to have Implemented the QR Code on the Assets.

Select Yes if you want us to create also a BI Dashboard with the insight of the Federated Model when it’s delivered.

Write any other details that we should take into account.

Step 05

Write your email address so that we can contact you and send any other further details (Ex: payment details, invoice) 

Step 06
PROCEED TO BIM PAYMENT

Once you filled all information ,you can proceed to the payment details. After the payment is set you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and we will start processing your file.

You’re set, your Files are ready

Once your project is created we will send you a link to download the files.
